Just weeks ahead of its official event, Google has unintentionally revealed the entire Google Pixel 10 lineup through the Play Store. This time, the leaks don’t just show one device—they expose the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, and the upcoming Pixel Fold. Here’s everything we know so far, from specs to release timeline and pricing.
Confirmed Devices and Launch Date
Google is set to officially unveil the Pixel 10 series at its next “Made by Google” event on August 20, 2025. A listing in the Play Store backend confirmed all four models, including a larger Pro XL and the newest iteration of the Pixel Fold. Pre-orders are expected to start within days of the event.
Google Pixel 10 Design and Display
The Pixel 10 series sticks to Google’s signature design language—flat sides, a centered hole-punch front camera, and a horizontal camera bar on the back. The base Pixel 10 and Pro models are rumored to come with a 6.3-inch OLED display with up to 120Hz refresh rate, while the Pro XL stretches to 6.8 inches with LTPO technology. The Fold will use a 6.4-inch outer display.
Peak brightness across the board is impressive—reaching up to 2,700 nits on the higher-end models, making them easier to use in direct sunlight.
Performance and Chipset
All models will be powered by the new Tensor G5 chip, manufactured using a 3nm process by TSMC. Expect faster performance, better power efficiency, and cooler thermals. RAM starts at 12GB for the base model, while the Pro and XL versions pack up to 16GB with storage options reaching 1TB.
Camera Upgrades
The biggest surprise is that the base Pixel 10 now includes a triple-lens rear setup, marking a first for a non-Pro Pixel. The main sensor is a 50MP Samsung GN8, backed by a 13MP ultrawide and a 10–11MP telephoto lens. Pro and XL variants carry over the triple-lens configuration from the Pixel 9 Pro, but with improvements to video processing and AI photography features.
Battery and Charging
The Pixel 10 will ship with a 4,970mAh battery supporting 29W wired and 15W wireless charging. The XL variant pushes even further with a 5,200mAh cell and faster charging around 39W. Wireless charging uses the new Qi2 standard, ensuring wider accessory compatibility.
Software and Features
Android 16 will come pre-installed, and Google promises 7 years of software updates. AI features include live transcription, call screening, video-based generative editing, and a new feature called “Speak-to-Tweak” that lets you adjust image edits by voice. Pixel Fold adds multitasking gestures and desktop-style navigation to make better use of its larger screen.
Connectivity and Extras
All Pixel 10 devices include Wi-Fi 7, 5G, and Thread support for smart home integration. The Pro and XL models get UWB for spatial tracking and better Nearby Share performance. Fingerprint sensors are now ultrasonic instead of optical.
Google Pixel 10 Color Options
The Pixel 10 will be available in Obsidian (black/blue), Frost, Indigo, and a bright yellow-green called Limoncello. Some older colors like Peony and Porcelain are being retired. The Pro XL and Fold will introduce a new “Moonstone” silvery-blue and “Jade” green variant.

Pricing and Availability
Pricing will remain close to the Pixel 9 series:
- Pixel 10: ~$799
- Pixel 10 Pro: ~$999
- Pixel 10 Pro XL: ~$1,099
- Pixel Fold: ~$1,499, possibly with a $200 launch discount
A limited-time $50 discount is already hinted at in the Play Store listing, valid until October 13, 2025.
Final Thoughts
The Pixel 10 lineup looks like a solid leap forward for Google—more power, better displays, a sharper camera system, and real software enhancements backed by a next-gen chip. If you’ve been holding off on upgrading your Pixel, this might be the lineup that makes it worth the jump.
